ABOUT AFTER APPAREL

Better for the planet, better for the people.

TOGETHER WE CAN DO IT

Sustainability is more than an environmental issue – it is a broader challenge that affects everything and everyone on the planet.

Sustainability means rethinking the way we act, consume and think, the way professional organizations operate, the way we want us to be remembered. We want, we do act, we want to show example that we act in an ethical manner and yet doing a profitable business.

We believe passionately that sustainability is a critical component that will have an effect and make that one critical difference for the future to be better for all mankind.

We are facing a watershed moment in the history of human evolution and occupancy of the planet, and while this is undoubtedly a time of instability it is also a time of great opportunity and we are welcoming you to join the movement, we can do this, together

AFTER LIFE

COLLABORATION WITH PURE WASTE

Pure Waste Textiles Oy was founded in 2013, after more than five years of thorough background research to acknowledge the gap in the market for recycled garments. To produce branded fabrics and readymade garments made of 100% recycled fibers is the company’s main business. Since its formation, the company has grown to be a multimillion EUR circular economy business. Pure Waste products are made of 100% recycled fibres, meaning no virgin material at all needs to be used in manufacturing.

Utilizing recycled or waste materials has a significant positive impact in the water and carbon footprint. Pure Waste is remarkably transparent in providing all the data concerning the environmental impact of their production, for their collaborators but also for consumers. They have individual emission numbers for the water (H2O) and carbon footprint (CO2e) of each product.

AFTER Apparel chose Pure Waste as the main provider and partner in textile production to ensure the sustainability and transparency in production and their commitment to innovate new meaningful sustainable methods and processes for the textile industry.
